The workouts were well-structured, safe, and adaptable to each stage of pregnancy, which gave me confidence to stay active. The issue was my own schedule which is unpredictable work wise so having options online is great.
What really stood out was the sense of guidance and reassurance, the teaching is 1st class and adapted to meeting you at your own fitness level. The platform was easy to use, and I appreciated having access to resources whenever it suited me.
