I’ve loved being part of online yoga classes with Thrive. Being able to roll out my mat at home makes it easy to fit yoga into my day without the commute or the expensive gym membership. I appreciated yoga teacher Katie asking us at the start of each class what level of challenge we would like that day – it gives the experience a collaborative and genuinely engaging feel. At the end of each session, there is always a section where you cool down and relax for the last 10 minutes. Imagine afterwards, instead of getting up, going back in your car and getting stuck in traffic as you drive home, you finish in your lounge room, make a cup of tea and read a book instead. Being able to join in live classes gave me the perfect balance of flexibility and comfort while participating with others – including my cat, who frequently opted to join in!
For years, I was doing yoga through classes on YouTube and thought I was getting everything I needed. Since starting with Thrive Journey, I’ve realised just how much I was missing. Every class is a reminder of how much more impactful a real-time session can be, as you’re guided and supported in the moment, rather than following a pre-recorded video. The Thrive team creates a warm, supportive space, tailoring each class to your individual needs and goals. Each week I look forward to my sessions because of how relaxing and rewarding they are. With their set weekly classes, it’s been easy to fit them into my schedule. It’s become an essential part of my week, and I’m very grateful to be part of it!
