Physical Products

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase of a physical product, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.         
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue, and we will happily arrange a replacement or refund

Digital Products (Courses, Downloads, Memberships)

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds on:

  • Digital courses
  • Membership programs
  • Downloadable products (eBooks, audios, guides, etc.)

Exceptions may apply if:

  • You have experienced technical issues preventing access and we are unable to resolve the issue.
  • The product was purchased in error and has not been accessed (determined on a case-by-case basis).

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be issued for remaining access time.
