Fertility Yoga

Fertility Yoga is a great option for women who are looking for a low-impact work-out.

Our group live streaming classes come in 2 styles - Hatha or Yin, and combine stretching, breathing, relaxation and visualisation techniques to alleviate these specific health concerns:

  • Adrenal fatigue
  • Fertility issues
  • Menstrual irregularities and disorders
  • Endometriosis and Fibroids
  • Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome

Thrive Prenatal Yoga

With our teachers with 30 years of experience, Thrive Prenatal yoga is a safe practice – tailored to the students that are in class at any one time. Each pose has variations/options to make it accessible whether you are Trimester 2 and bouncing off the walls or in your last few weeks – feeling slow, heavy and achy.

Our group live streaming prenatal yoga class may include:

  • Loosening flows
  • Release of neck, back and shoulder aches/stiffness
  • Strengthening of core/legs to support the growing womb
  • Pelvic floor awareness exercises – for postnatal rehab and childbirth release
  • Breathing practices for childbirth
  • Relaxation practices for childbirth/parenthood
  • Connection with baby

We have the skills to support you if you have a low-lying placenta, blood pressure issues, varicose veins, swollen feet, pelvic girdle pain, back pain, carpel tunnel.

Thrive Postnatal Yoga

With our teachers with 30 years of experience, Thrive Post-natal yoga is a safe practice – tailored to the students that are in class at any one time. Each pose has variations/options to make it accessible whether you are 6 weeks post-delivery or 6 months.

Our group live streaming postnatal yoga class would usually include:

  • Release of tension in neck, back and shoulders
  • Rebuilding belly after baby – working progressively on deep core muscles
  • Strengthening of core/legs for safe lifting and back support
  • Pelvic floor awareness exercises
  • Breathing and relaxation practices for fatigue
  • Test for recti diastasis
  • Support of emotional wobblies
  • Restorative yoga with diaphragmatic breathing for immune system support

We have the skills to support you if you have recti diastasis, pelvic floor issues, pelvic girdle pain, back pain, carpel tunnel, shoulder pain, postnatal anxiety/depression.

With a focus on rebuilding your body after baby – we bring awareness/effort and appropriate strengthening, confidence and calm.

Breath Movement Hormones

This group live streaming class that expands the fertility yoga practice with techniques from Qigong - a self-healing art with origins in Daoist martial arts and self healing.

The intention of our practice, is to:
  • Improve blood circulation and oxygen in the blood
  • Strengthen the auto-immune system
  • Enhance and balance the endocrine system
  • Reduced stress and tension for body and mind
  • Tones muscles for better energy and stamina

Energetically we develop, circulate and balance the Qi in the body. For women with depleted Kidney energy, disturbed Spleen or Liver energy - this can have a profound effect on her ability to conceive and sustain pregnancy.
