Loved by Women Like You
At Thrive, we’re your wellness partner through every stage of life. Women play vital roles as mothers, daughters, sisters, partners and caregivers and must thrive at any age.
We understand that women face unique health challenges that require a personalised and integrated approach. Our dedicated team of female health and wellness practitioners provides information, education and tailored programs to address the key issues women encounter.
I used the Thrive online portal from Sydney and found it incredibly supportive, both physically and mentally. The workouts were well-structured, safe, and adaptable to each stage of pregnancy, which gave me confidence to stay active. The issue was my own schedule which is unpredictable work wise so having options online is great.
What really stood out was the sense of guidance and reassurance, the teaching is 1st class and adapted to meeting you at your own fitness level. The platform was easy to use, and I appreciated having access to resources whenever it suited me.
I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking to maintain movement and wellbeing during pregnancy in a safe and supportive way. Really lovely team and great service.
I have been attending Sarah’s Qigong classes for several years, both online and in person, and they have been truly wonderful. Sarah has a beautiful way of making it both simple and profound, and I like to think that it’s always giving me exactly what is needed in the moment, whether calm or renewed energy. I can wholeheartedly recommend her and her classes to anyone
I started Qigong classes with Sarah as I was recovering from cancer surgery. I have absolutely no doubt that the sessions and the practices I learned were invaluable in aiding my recovery. I always feel calmer and more grounded after every session.
I’ve loved being part of online yoga classes with Thrive. Being able to roll out my mat at home makes it easy to fit yoga into my day without the commute or the expensive gym membership. I appreciated yoga teacher Katie asking us at the start of each class what level of challenge we would like that day – it gives the experience a collaborative and genuinely engaging feel. At the end of each session, there is always a section where you cool down and relax for the last 10 minutes. Imagine afterwards, instead of getting up, going back in your car and getting stuck in traffic as you drive home, you finish in your lounge room, make a cup of tea and read a book instead. Being able to join in live classes gave me the perfect balance of flexibility and comfort while participating with others – including my cat, who frequently opted to join in!
Thrive’s short online classes provide a great boost/relax/reset (whatever you need!) for your day. The teachers are amazing;they are very experienced and their mere (online) presence helps you feel calmer and more grounded. There is an array of classes to choose from and it’s easy to slot one into your day.
For years, I was doing yoga through classes on YouTube and thought I was getting everything I needed. Since starting with Thrive Journey, I’ve realised just how much I was missing. Every class is a reminder of how much more impactful a real-time session can be, as you’re guided and supported in the moment, rather than following a pre-recorded video. The Thrive team creates a warm, supportive space, tailoring each class to your individual needs and goals. Each week I look forward to my sessions because of how relaxing and rewarding they are. With their set weekly classes, it’s been easy to fit them into my schedule. It’s become an essential part of my week, and I’m very grateful to be part of it!
