With our teachers with 30 years of experience, Thrive Prenatal yoga is a safe practice – tailored to the students that are in class at any one time. Each pose has variations/options to make it accessible whether you are Trimester 2 and bouncing off the walls or in your last few weeks – feeling slow, heavy and achy.

With our teachers with 30 years of experience, Thrive Postnatal yoga is a safe practice – tailored to the students that are in class at any one time. Each pose has variations/options to make it accessible whether you are 6 weeks post-delivery or 6 months.

This live group streaming class is based on Qigong, a self-healing art with roots in Daoist martial arts, traditional Chinese medicine and self-healing practices.

Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra

Restorative yoga is the challenge of totally letting go in a pose, while fully supported by the floor and cushions. It gives a deep tension release and allows the hormones to reset.

We have combined it with a Yoga Nidra practice – to take the mind on a journey around the body – calming the mind and finding peace.

Each participant will need – a mat, two cushions/pillows and a folded beach towel – so invite your mum or partner to join you!
